VERITY Wealth Advisors is an independent wealth management firm located in Sausalito. Prior to founding VERITY Wealth Advisors, Evan Oliver was a senior manager with Merrill Lynch in San Francisco where he was responsible for the firm’s western region institutional equity and equity-linked businesses. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Evan was a convertible bond specialist with Salomon Brothers. Evan graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and served in the Navy for 6 years, leaving the service as a Lieutenant. He earned an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford in 1993, was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation in 1998, the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) designation in 2003 and became a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) in 2012. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of San Francisco and the Financial Planning Association. Evan resides in Tiburon with his wife and four children. |
