Vicki D. McLellan is owner and president of Equitable Divorce Resolutions.  Ms. McLellan provides financial consultation for divorce as a Financial Neutral, Financial Coach in Mediation or Collaborative Practice.   Prior to starting Equitable Divorce Resolutions, Ms. McLellan was head of the Financial Planning Department at the Center for Financial Planning in Southfield, Michigan.


Ms. McLellan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Wayne State University. She received her Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2007 and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation in 2003. She received training as a financial neutral in Collaborative Practice at the inaugural Collaborative Practice Training in Michigan in 2004. She received Family Mediation training in 2010.


Ms. McLellan has completed the “Seven Stages of Money Maturity Workshop” and the Five Day Intensive Life Planning Training from the Kinder Institute of Life Planning. Ms. McLellan is also a member of the Nazrudin Project; a group of life planning professionals; the Michigan Inter-Professional Association; the Association of Divorce Financial Professional;  the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and the Collaborative
Practice Institute of Michigan. She is currently secretary of her local practice group: Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Southeast Michigan.  Additionally, Ms. McLellan provides financial planning education to parents as part of Beaumont Hospital’s Parenting Program.


Active in her community, Ms. McLellan served 12 years on the board of a non-profit housing corporation in Detroit.   She is currently on the board of two non-profit organizations:  Michigan Women’s Media, Inc, and Mindful Generations, Inc.
