Jacqueline Roessler divorce financial planner and former Executive Vice President of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™is one of the premiere divorce financial analysts in the Midwest.
Jacki, who has been a financial advisor since 1994 and has specialized in divorce litigation support for over 20 years is a speaker, blogger, software developer and private practitioner working with family law attorneys and their clients. In addition, she prepares and reviews Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO’s) for Michigan and Illinois attorneys.
Jacki’s work with divorcing clients has been featured in numerous local and national media, including Kiplingers' Personal Finance's nationally syndicated cable show on three separate occasions as well as a feature article in the Investment News. She has also published numerous articles on the financial issues of divorce in the Michigan Family Law Journal and has been published in Michigan Lawyers’ Weekly. She is a frequent lecturer to attorneys (the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, various local bar associations), financial organizations around the country (FPA and NAPFA groups), community events, local universities and divorce support groups on the financial issues surrounding divorce. She is a specialist in the QDRO arena and has conducted national seminars around the country, teaching lawyers, judges and financial professionals the intricacies of QDRO's and pension valuations in divorce cases.
