Scott Levin, Esq., CDFA®, is a Certified Mediator through Mediate.com, a California family law attorney and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and founder of San Diego Divorce Mediation & Family Law. A California attorney since 2004, he has guided more than 2,500 mediations. Scott helps individuals and couples understand the financial consequences of proposed divorce settlements. His work includes house buyouts, retirement and pension division, business interests, stock compensation, support and post-divorce cash flow. His approach is Clarity First. Then Negotiation: understand the law and the numbers before deciding. In mediation, Scott serves as a neutral and represents neither spouse individually. Through separate engagements in matters his firm is not mediating, he also provides consulting-attorney advice and individual divorce financial analysis.
