A third-generation small business owner, Stacy was raised in a culture of working hard, setting goals and creating a plan to achieve them. That culture and work ethic has carried over to all areas of her personal and professional life.

Stacy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Seattle Pacific University (SPU). In addition to graduating with honors on a three-year track, she was a member of the SPU women’s basketball team that made their first Elite 8 national tournament appearance.  Stacy is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Transitionist Institute.

Educating and empowering people to make better financial decisions continues to fuel Stacy’s purpose and passion as a financial planner.  After 23 years in wealth management, Stacy left her former firm and founded Para Wealth Advisors with intention and vision.  Para is built on the principles of trust, transparency and authenticity.  Derived from the Greek prefix, Para, means beside or alongside.  Para represents the process of coming alongside clients, offering guidance, education and solutions on their life-wealth journey.

Stacy’s expertise is in the following life events:  retirement transition, loss of a loved one, selling a business, navigating divorce, managing an inheritance and career change.  Whether planned for, or unexpected, a major life change is often overwhelming and stressful.  Through her specialized training and experience, Stacy’s process of understanding client goals and priorities, educating on choices and trade-off’s, creating a plan and acting as a sounding board are all components of a successful life transition.  The depth of this work has led to long lasting relationships, and often relationships with multiple generations within the same family, which is deeply rewarding.

Born and raised in the Northwest, Stacy is a sports and outdoors enthusiast.  She enjoys running, golf, snow and water sports with her family and friends.
