Mary earned the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) designation through the Wharton School of Business in 1999, the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) through the College of Financial Planning in 2010, The Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® through the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™ in 2014, and earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and a minor in military science from South Dakota State University in 1984. From 2011 to 2014, Mary qualified for the Barron’s Winner’s Circle-Top Women Advisors Summit. She has been helping families manage and preserve their wealth since 1991. Mary is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council. Mary is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Governors for the South Dakota State University Foundation. While at SDSU, Mary received her military commission and attained the rank of captain while serving in the United States Army for 10 years. Mary married Dave in 1984 and together they have three children and devote free time to their family and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities.
