Mr. Maroto brings a multi-faceted approach to his cases and draws upon a solid understanding of legal, financial and tax issues germane in today’s complex litigation matters. Throughout his entire career, he has specialized in business and financial issues and how those issues relate to a client’s pending legal action. Because of his unique back-ground, Mr. Maroto is involved in many financially complex litigation and business matters. Mr. Maroto primarily concentrates his attention on family, business and estate law areas of practice and caters to those clients whose cases present problems of intricacy, scale, or even the possibility of fraud. As an attorney with over 20 years of financial consulting and legal experience, he has developed in-depth skills at the valuation, negotiation, and litigation of property divisions involving high net worth individuals, their lucrative executive compensation packages and their business assets. In addition, Mr. Maroto has several years of commercial legal experience with an emphasis on structuring and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, as well as the analysis and resolution of a variety of commercial, securities, and tax issues. He has substantial experience in the valuation of privately-held businesses for the purposes of sale, division, capital raises, stock transfers, financial restructuring, and litigation. Currently, Mr. Maroto is a member of the United States District Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Delaware County Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators. He is also a registered agent of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
