For family law related matters, Kathleen serves clients in Arizona only.

 Certified financial planner and investments manager Kathleen Nemetz works with clients who want to establish solid financial foundations to realize their dreams.  She earned her MBA in finance at Pace University in New York, taking many of her courses at the Wall Street campus.  She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst^®.  In cases involving marital separation and divorce, Ms. Nemetz works closely with the family law attorneys active in the case using financial analysis to value assets for eventual separation.

“In my work with divorcing clients, I guide them in what I call ‘relationship finance’. When teaming with other collaborative professionals, my goal is to provide the financial analysis supporting closer examination of various divorce settlement scenarios.  I aim to help my clients protect family members in these decisions as well as to help reduce the stress in anticipating outcomes,” Ms. Nemetz said.

For older clients, Ms. Nemetz can offer invaluable knowledge of divorce issues that intertwine with estate planning matters.  She works closely with estate planning attorneys in planning for legacy gifts as well as the eventual disposition and investment of trusts and estates. 

Having worked and lived abroad for seven years, Ms. Nemetz offers specialized skills in planning and investments for the often more complex needs of noncitizens as well as people already naturalized living in the U.S.  She is bilingual in French.
