Carroll is especially sensitive to the issues surrounding couples who are in the process of “Untying the Knot.” While in the middle of her own marital transition, she completed mediation training and acquired the designation of Divorce Mediator. Shortly thereafter, she completed Collaborative Law training in order to contribute as a team member as a collaborative divorce financial specialist; she has also earned the designation of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. As a mother of 4, Carroll is committed to making a difference in the family law arena by assisting couples to transition out of their marriages amicably – without going to court. She has co-facilitated the workshop, Divorce Options Las Vegas, which offers legal, financial and family counseling information in a supportive, non-judgmental environment for men and women contemplating separation or divorce. Divorce Options LV seeks to provide unbiased, reliable information to empower attendees to make informed decisions during their time of transition. She is also a volunteer instructor for the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), and has taught various courses on how to “Uncouple Amicably,” (e.g. “How to Thrive, not just Survive during Divorce” and “Divorce Options Las Vegas”).

Carroll has served as the Business Development Liaison for Aligned Trustee Solutions (ATS), a company she started to help Financial Advisors better understand and incorporate Trust & Estate Planning concepts into their businesses. Prior to starting ATS, she was the Business Development Specialist for Nevada Trust Company. She has been licensed in the securities business (Series 7) since 1992, and is an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65). She has worked extensively in investment management, consulting services, and estate planning. Carroll held investment positions at Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab, where she worked with high-net-worth individuals and business owners as a Financial Consultant. Carroll is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (BSBA in Finance). She is a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts® and a former member of the Collaborative Divorce Group of Nevada and Mediators of Southern Nevada.
