Hello, and welcom! My name is Bradford “Brad” Bennett, and I am a Divorce and Family Law Attorney, Consultant, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Mediator, Collaborative Law Professional, and CDC Certified Divorce Coach®. With over 17 years of experience, I have successfully resolved hundreds of divorce and family law cases, both in and out of the courtroom. I am committed to providing comprehensive legal guidance and strategic advocacy that exceeds standard representation. I engage my clients in proactive, ongoing discussions, prioritizing settlement whenever possible, while remaining fully prepared to litigate aggressively when necessary. My expertise extends beyond the fundamentals, integrating advanced financial analysis, targeted discovery tools, and identifying areas of leverage to strengthen my clients’ positions. My experience reflects a dynamic combination of legal expertise, courtroom acumen, and carefully tailored strategies to address each client’s unique circumstances and long-term goals. In addition to my traditional legal practice, I am pleased to offer divorce and family law consultancy and nationwide coaching services to support self-represented individuals as well as those with legal representation who feel unsettled or overwhelmed by the process. My consultancy services provide cost-effective legal guidance on an as-needed basis, empowering clients to maintain control of their cases while benefiting from the expertise of an attorney. Through coaching, I arm my clients with the essential skills and strategies needed to stay organized, well-informed, emotionally resilient, and credible – enabling them to make sound decisions, communicate with confidence, and successfully navigate their legal journey. Whether you choose to work with me as your divorce or family law attorney, consultant, or coach, my mission is to empower and support you every step of the way. I will provide you with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence necessary to help you make informed decisions, achieve favorable outcomes, and safeguard your interests long after your case is resolved. Very truly yours, Bradford L. Bennett |
