Mr. Marcyan is an experienced divorce attorney in the Chicago metropolitan area. He is a senior partner of the law firm of Schiller, DuCanto and Fleck, the largest firm in the country exclusively practicing matrimonial law. He began as an associate with the firm in 1983 and prior to that was an auditor and tax specialist with one of the then "Big 8" accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand. He was a researcher for the IRS while attending law school. He has litigated many large divorce cases and specializes in cases having financial complexity. His clientele includes presidents of major corporations, upper level executives, professionals, politicians and professional athletes. Marcyan is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, memeber of the ABA, AICPA, Illinois Bar Association, Illinois Society of CPA's, Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accountants and other professional organizations. In addition to being a certified divorce planner, he is a CPA, CFP(tm) and JD. CFP,CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER{tm} and federally registered CFP{with flame logo} are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
