Background Michael Irvine (Professional Tax Preparer, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®) has been working as a Senior Staff Accountant with Mark Sherman, CPA, PC for over six years. As an accountant and PTP, he has worked with a variety of different companies that include: construction, medical, retail, and service companies. Michael also assists in a wide array of projects that include corporate and individual tax returns, management systems, personal financial statements, reviewed financial statements, and new systems implementation. He has been helpful and instrumental in the success of the individuals and companies that he works with. Michael continues to work with other leaders to ensure a smooth transition in building success. As a CDFA®, he is able to assist divorcing clients (men and women) and their attorneys understand the short-term and long-term financial ramifications of their divorce. He is helpful in giving valuable financial information that relate to divorce such as: health care, pension plans, stocks, bonds & mutual funds, and tax consequences.
