Mark Noxon is a Senior Associate with the boutique firm Gottschalk Forensic Accounting & Valuations Inc. His training and experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) complements his specialty designations of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). Mark is also an active student in the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) program.


Mark specializes in matrimonial matters including:



• income analysis and assessments;


 • net family property calculations;


• budgeting; and


• settlement projections.


He has been trained in the collaborative approach to family law, and is a strong proponent of that method. However a significant part of Mark’s practice involves the traditional negotiating model of divorce. Within this approach, he draws on experience and skills developed through working with lawyers on a variety of matters including forensic accounting investigations. Mark can also utilize his firm’s strong background in fraud investigations, as well as court appearances as expert witnesses, in order to safeguard his clients’ financial interests.
