Darlene Grace, CPA, MBA, CDFA® has been practicing accounting for over twenty-five years. Ms. Grace is recognized for the boutique approach she brings to Grace Consulting, LLC. Ms. Grace is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who also holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation, a rare combination in the State of New Jersey. She is regularly sought out to assist in matrimonial accounting matters, such as tax issues relating to divorce, case information statements and lifestyle analysis. Ms. Grace’s other practice areas include Individual and Corporate Income Tax preparation, IRS Representation, New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission compliance, New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics Recordkeeping compliance and Concierge Accounting Services for Independent Artists and Entertainers. She is the proud mother of two teenagers, who always keep her up to date on the latest trends in popular technology. In her free time she enjoys running, yoga, cooking, spending time near the ocean and impressing the importance of financial literacy upon her children.
