Renee W. Senes is an independent Financial Advisor with Voya Financial Advisors. For over 25 years, she has provided fee-based investment and asset management, insurance, financial consulting, and retirement planning for individuals and small businesses. In February 2011, she merged her practice with fellow advisor and CDFA®, David Chwalek, also with Voya. Their new firm is Senes & Chwalek Financial Advisors. Divorced just before her 50th birthday, Renee realized there was a need for financial guidance in a divorce. The financial devastation of a divorce can linger long after the emotional issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, many people do not realize their mistakes until it is too late. Renee works with people in all stages of the divorce process to help them understand the financial implication of their decisions regarding retirement accounts, keeping or selling the house, tax liabilities, and marital debt. Trained in mediation and collaborative law, she will act as a third party financial neutral if divorcing spouses wish to consult together.

Renee's goal is to ensure that her clients have sufficient income and assets to sustain and support them throughout their life. As a former teacher, Renee enjoys educating her clients and encouraging them, especially women, to be active participants in their financial futures.
