Robert E. Ribic, Jr., CPA/CFF, CVA, CFE, CDFATM, joined SF&Company in 2007 as the Director of Business Valuation & Litigation Support. Mr. Ribic has over eight years of experience in providing litigation support, forensic accounting, and business valuations, including expert witness testimony and consultation on shareholders and partnership disputes, lost earnings, wrongful termination and death, business interruption and other insurance claims, business and employee fraud investigations, matrimonial disputes, and business economic damages and losses. Mr. Ribic has served as a business advisor to numerous companies and has worked as an executive demonstrating financial leadership skills in operational improvements, cost containment, profit enhancement, asset management, and financial reporting and analysis. He is a turnaround expert and has succeeded in increasing return for the owners of many companies. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Ribic is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and also licensed as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
