She enjoys working with couples together using mediation to help them resolve their differences in a softer, gentler manner. This process typically saves the families wealth and time. Denise also works with individuals in the divorce process walking through litigation as a divorce option. Denise helps individuals understand what the own, create inventories for their attorneys and acts as the financial expert with complex estates. She aids in the discovery process, QDRO facilitation, tracing, illustrating the tax and financial ramifications of different settlement options and general financial literacy in divorce. Denise also performs business valuations. Denise French holds the Series 66 securities designation. She also holds a Group1 Life, Accident and Health Insurance license in the State of Texas. She is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics® and a Certified Valuation Analyst®. She is also a trained family and child custody mediator and trained as the financial neutral in Collaborative Divorce. |
