Dave provides comprehensive retirement planning and investment strategies individually developed to address each client’s personal goals.  If a working relationship is developed, he can work with you to create a valuable retirement plan and provide insight to tough questions like “How much money will I have?” and “When will I be able to retire?”  Dave has personally experienced divorce and uses his experience along with his industry knowledge to help clients make decisions during this difficult time.

Background and experience

For nearly a decade, Dave has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop goal-based strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs.  With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Dave has dedicated his career to delivering a relationship based investment and planning customer service model his clients deserve. 

Dave began his career as a Financial Advisor with Raymond James in San Antonio, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2014 to take a team approach in providing personalized financial advice for individuals, families, and small businesses.  In 2010, Dave earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® credential.  Dave has experienced divorce himself and understands the need for expertise during this difficult time.  He networks with local attorneys who recommend him as a valuable source of information and guidance.

Dave has a tremendous passion for his country and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 -1994.  He spent time overseas during Operation Desert Storm and the Gulf War.   He still credits his military time served for teaching him incredible intangible characteristics like leadership, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and service before self.

Away from the office

Dave spends his free time with his two sons, Brett and Ryan, and entertaining at his home in Fair Oaks Ranch.  Dave attends 1910 Church in Boerne and is active within the Boerne Emmaus community and the Fair Oaks Ranch Rotary.  He achieves his goal of staying fit by lifting weights, playing golf, and he enjoys riding his Harley through the Hill Country.  You’re likely to see Dave enjoying great food and local live music on a patio somewhere around town.
