Wayne joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 after serving as an executive officer for two publicly-held companies in the Dallas area. Prior to this, he spent several years in the audit practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. Wayne is a skilled problem solver that draws on his more than 35 years experience providing financial advice to help families define and achieve their goals for accumulating, preserving and distributing their wealth. He focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and expanding the practice to serve their friends, neighbors and relatives. Wayne is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA™) designations. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Physics from The University of North Texas. Wayne is a volunteer pilot and board member for Angel Flight South Central, which provides free transportation to people in need of critical medical treatment. He is an instrument- and multi-engine rated commercial pilot who enjoys flying, photography and travel. |
