C. Nicole Roth Rogers has over twenty years experience working in the legal field. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University and earned her CDFA designation in 2016. Additionally, Nicole is Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Nicole began her career working in immigration law with experienced Atlanta immigration lawyers: George E. Lee, Myron N. Kramer and Paul C. Ford. In 2007, she began working with Judge Tom Cauthorn, retired State and Superior Court Judge, of Cauthorn Owen & Sanders. While working with Judge Cauthorn, she gained extensive experience in the area of family law, primariy in contested matters, both bench and jury trial courtroom experience. Nicole also specializes in accounting related to estate, trust and probate matters. In May of 2016, Nicole decided to use her education and experience and opened The Rogers Firm, LLC in Marietta, Georgia. Nicole has specialized in uncontested divorce matters where she assists parties in resolving their issues in an amicable manner so it benefits the parties and children, if any. Nicole also serves as a consulting expert to assist attorneys in the litigation process and has been qualified as an expert witness. Nicole continues to provide senior level paralegal support to law firms in the metro Atlanta area. Nicole lives in Marietta, Georgia and enjoys spending time with her husband Evan and three daughters. Based upon Nicole's personal life experiences with divorce, co-parenting, blending of families, and the care of aging family members, she has first hand experience to rely upon when working with clients and understanding their needs. |
