• Writing sample (preferably published, with name and date of publication)

• Optional: Video feature or public broadcast

• All social media handles (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, if applicable)

• A recent, high-resolution headshot

• A current bio of 200 words or less to be posted on the IDFA Website  

• A signed Volunteer Agreement and Conflicts Questionnaire (will be sent after your application is reviewed)

• A signed IDFA Ambassador Volunteer Application (this survey)
