Pre-Conference Workshops

For the first time, we are excited to offer two pre-conference workshops on May 2, 2017! At three hours each, these workshops will be a deep dive into topics for which we’ve received many requests for more training. Reserve your spot at either one or both workshops when registering for the conference. Limited space available!

Workshop A: Best Practices for Incorporating a CDFA Professional into the Collaborative Team
Collaborative law is gaining momentum in many states across the country, but there is often a disconnect among collaborative lawyers on how, when, and why a financial neutral should be included as part of the team. This workshop will dive into practical strategies for defining your role as a CDFA professional and integrating into the collaborative team.

Workshop B: I Got the CDFA Certification: What Now?
Now that you have earned the CDFA designation, it’s time to make divorce work part of your practice. This workshop will outline the basics of setting up a CDFA practice and marketing your new designation. Attendees will leave with a working marketing plan for their CDFA practice.
